This is a 90-minute, 5-week workshop to help overcome anxiety and the feeling of helplessness while highlighting personal substance. Saturdays, starting March 17, 2012, 1- 2:30 pm. Cost is $30.00 per person per session or $130.00 for 5 weeks. Open to adults, both male and female; maximum 15 participants. Topics to be discussed:

Children Coping with Divorce
Ages 6 to 11
Saturdays 11am to 12pm
Cost:$25 per group session
A divorce could be a hard time for children. This workshop will teach your child emotional and social skills which are needed to better cope with divorce. Your child will also learn how to express their feelings, overcome negative effects of a divorce, and how to cope with change. These workshops involve various visual and hands on learning activities.
The groups are eight weeks long.How to Survive Being a Teenager
A 90-minute, 8-week open-forum for teens to help discover self, realize strengths and limitations, discuss current events and concerns affecting them and their peers. Saturdays, starting March 17, 2012 from 3-4:30 pm. Cost is $30.00 per person per session or $200.00 for 8 weeks. Open to teens, both male and female; maximum 12 participants.Discussions will include:

How To Survive Your Teenager Group
A 90-minute, 5 week workshop to help parents address conflicts with their teens. Wednesdays, starting March 14, 2012 from 7 to 8:30 pm. Cost is $30.00 per person per session or $130.00 for the 5 weeks. Maximum 15 participants. Discussions will include:
- What defines a teenager?
- Establishing Boundaries: Who is the parent here?
- Skirmishes, Battles and War
- Realistic Compromises
- Making time for Real Conversation
Couples Check-up
This is a solution-focused 90-minute, 5 week workshop to help couples attend to a not-so-perfect-at-the-moment relationship. Saturdays, starting March 17, 2012, 5-6:30 pm. Cost is $$60.00 per couple per session or $280.00 per couple. Maximum 8 couples. Topics to be discussed:
- The 3 Entities
- Styles of Love
- Direction: Are you on the same page?
- Real Conversation, Realistic Compromises
- Maintenance
Refuse to be a Victim/Date Rape Prevention
This is a 1-day workshop. Refuse to be a Victim seminar addresses how to prevent becoming a victim of crime in different venues. Street-smart, self-defense techniques will be covered in the afternoon. This will be offered on May 12, 2012, 9 am to 4 pm, with an hour break. Limit 10 participants. Cost is $100 per person. Wear comfortable clothes.
